Design-Bid-Build

Design-Bid-Build is the most commonly used construction delivery method and consists of three phases. In a Design-Bid-Build scenario, the owner works independently with a design team to develop a complete set of drawings for the project (Design Phase). The drawings are then given to builders to competitively bid on the project and ask questions to better develop the project (Bidding Phase). Lastly the owner will select the Builder they see fit to complete their project (Build).
