Job Order Contracting is a long term delivery method. If an owner has multiple project they would like to complete over a year or longer job order contracting may be the best delivery method. in Job order Contracting an agreement is set between a general contractor and an owner for a time period with fixed fees, and rates. The agreement has a long time frame so that the owner may call on the contractor at any point in the duration of the agreement to perform work at the agreed upon rates.
